RFMi, a Brand of Akoustis, offers selected front-end RF modules and a low-power, short-range Radio Frequency RFIC. The RF front-end modules (FEMs) offer low noise figure, high linearity, high out-band rejection, small size, and can be AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications. The RFIC provides a large link budget, small size, and delivers very Low Power Consumption with long battery life, whether in operation, idle, or sleep mode. This low-power RFIC supports the unlicensed frequency 863-960MHz ISM band, so customers can design products for a wide range of proprietary wireless products for industrial and consumer use.
In addition, RFMi is working on a new Low-Power, Long-Range LoRa® module with FCC certification.
